Return and Refund Policy
If a refund is desired within 14 days start from receiving day, we will refund your full purchase price(except shipping charge). If the unit is not DOA, defective or stopped working, then the returned item should be in acceptable condition: unopened box or opened box with all original materials. The shipping costs back to us is buyers' responsibility.
Please contact us for an return authorization RMA number and return shipping instructions. Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused.
All products except (Xeltek SuperPRO programmers) are stocked in Seattle,WA USA.
All Xeltek SuperPRO programmer products are stocked in Xeltek Inc., Sunnyvile, CA, USA and will be shipped from USA, the Xeltek default shipping service is via FedEx, please email email@example.com the shipping quote of individual order.

Volume Purchase & Multiple Item Order
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for volume purchase. We will reply to you within one business day. Shipping charges will be quoted individually. Shipping via UPS, Fedex, DHL, Purolator are available per request.

Returning Customer Special Offer Box
If you are returning customer, you are entitled discount rate for your 2nd,3rd ...order, please make sure to check the special offer box for you.
1. On each referred purchase, you will get 5% credit on programmer, adapter and others. You can use those credit in your next purchase only.
2. Your name or email should be indicated in the referred purchase comments or email. OR you can just email us to let us know the information of purchaser you referred. So that we can calculate how much credit you have.
3. The credit will expire if no purchase or new referral activity for 12 month.
4. The credit only can be used within GQ Electronics LLC and it is non-cashable.
5. Customer is able to check their credit balance via online account balance or make a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
All products sold are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time as listed below. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions.
