Hi,

Each time I successfully register the software its becomes unregistered after closing the application and reopening it again...

Any suggestions?

Your windows security may be set too high. It stops software access your Windows resources.

Register the software in Windows Safemode with Network option.

OR lower the security leve when registering.

The following steps seems to corrected the registration issue.
1. Disabling Antivirus and Firewall
2. After providing the credentials received by e-mail and registering I noticed the registration was incorrect (binary crap) in "About GMCCounter"
3. Having the application open (after step # 2) reopened new Application thread before closing previously running window.
4. Checking "About GMCCounter" information has show the correct serial# entry in new thread.
5. Issue solved.
