After a bit of usage of the data viewer the CPM jumps up to 2000cpm while the counter is at about 20-30CPM how do i fix this bug since my software is automatically submitting the values.

It is possible that the data became unsynced due to interruptions.

@hyper: Try switching off FET, i.e. set it to 60.

This FET thingy is known to wreak havoc on occasion.
