| I tried to use the GQ GMC data viewer pro application on my computer, but no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to read anything from my GMC-600 PRO. I've checked the baud rate, data bit, parity, stop bit, control, com port, even the cable I was using. Everything is set correctly, and yet I get no CPM or dose rate reading when the 600 PRO is plugged in. How do I resolve this issue? |

I tried to use it earlier, but I couldn't really figure out how to set it up. I looked at the how-to, but it was pretty confusing for someone that hasn't messed around with computer stuff like this before. |
