Updated to latest data viewer software recently.

Now appears to be producing these readings,.... Image 1

And here's it about box,.... Image 2

Would a firmware update help resolve this condition?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think you need to turn off the Third Party Output in the settings. Main Menu->Others->Third Party Output.
