GQ does have a rather crude Mac version of their GMC PRO app available for download here:

As I have pointed out in this thread two weeks ago:

the Mac app has been packaged wrong, resulting in the app not starting without a terminal hack. Since then, GQ made no attempt to improve the zip package, making it useless for most people who aren't familiar with the terminal.

So, in order to improve the situation slightly, I have re-packaged the app and shared it on my iCloud account:

Difference to GQ version:

  • added execute bit to binary

  • added transparency to app icon



The App will now at least launch, albeit with numerous UI glitches and some features not working., and the app icon won't look like a piece of trash

Hopefully someone at GQ will eventually bring the app to the same standards that Windows users already experience. Or contact me and I'll improve it.
