The running average is all over the place. My average has been rising over time which is fine and that issue appears to be correct but the problem is it doesn't index properly. For example my rate has been going something like this, 16.79 then goes to 16.89 instead of 16.80. Then when it got to 16.99 the next index went to 16.10 instead of 17.00. It's been doing this for a long time and I know others have had similar issues. Model GMC-500+, Revision 2.14.
Sincerely,

Can you please send me your serial number? There might be a newer firmware and might have fixed that problem. |

I am unable to install the firmware update. My computer sees the USB port properly but when I run the update app, it says that it is unable to locate device. The serial number I gave you is the one that shows under the "Main Menu", "About", "Serial #". Is that the number you are looking for when you ask me for the serial number?
Sincerely,
Robert Dorr |

I figured it out. The baud rate was set to 57600. I set it to default 115200 and that did it. I wish I had know that it erased everything though. Where do I find the User ID and Counter ID. I didn't write them down and I have no idea where to find them. |

OK, well I dug a bit further and found the User ID and the Counter ID, but I'm getting an "Invalid Counter" message under "Test Connection". My wifi connection is good and I'm getting a valid IP address so I know I'm communicating with my router. Any ideas?
Thanks,
