Hi jblank, does the URL have https in the beginning? You're trying to register a GMC accoutn and not a geiger counter?

Here's where I'm at:

https://www.gmcmap.com/userRegister-x.asp

I have a GMC-600, in order to register the device it says I need to set up a new user registration on the GMC map website, when I try to do that there is no map to select my location

I see. That's weird. Looks like there was a problem with this page. We will fix it. Sorry about that.

Can you try this way? At the register page, there is an icon that says "this page is loading...etc". Click that icon and click on the unsafe scripts. You will see the map but it says for development purposes only but you can still click on your location. This is not a fix but maybe you can create an account for now so you can view your data on the GMC map.

Now I have a new issue, but it seems others may be having the same problem, not sure...now have GMC map ID and Device ID, verify and ok, but will not connect or communicate with server, enable auto submit data, everything appears good on my end, nothing works

There seems to be a problem with the server. We are currently fixing the issues. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

It on then it disappears, especially if I change the magnification, I'm sure I was on for at least a moment, there's another counter not too far from me that's a 500, I'm 600, it's right at my location, I'm fairly certain I was on, not sure now.

Seems like the map is in and out

Is there some report language in the date viewer that verifies I'm actually connected to the server?

Try to bookmark the map with https:// in the beginning. Some pins will disappear because they're old and it should only display the pins updated within 24 hours.
