Ok before data logger wouldn't work and i figured out i needed to register it. So that doesnt work so I email support and they say use data viewer. Well that doesn't work either. I have the usb driver and it successfully connects to com4. But when I do realtime monitoring it doesnt work. I get a comport error after a little bit. I also cant download records because I get an error saying unsynced communication. I already used many different baud rates and im currently uses 57600 the one for GMC-300. Also I notice everytime I set the software to COM4 it switches back To COM3 right away. Any ideas?
