Although the GMC 300E correctly displays real time data using Data Viewer, the problem is:
DataLoggerPRO V5.34 only displays data values of exactly zero.

NOTE that otherwise much seems to be OK with DataLoggerPRO V%.23:
DataLoggerPRO V5.34 correctly logs CSV data values
DataLoggerPRO V5.34 shows and logs non zero data values if:
audio input is selected and the threshold is adjusted

NOTE that both DataViewer and DataLoggerPRO V5.34 use COM Port 4
DataViewer data is accurate for San Diego

NOTE that both the DataViewer and The DataLoggerPRO V%.34 indicate
"Heartbeat started
Realtime Monitoring started"

DataLoggerPROV5.34 also indicates "connected on COM4@38400"
DataViewer also indicates "GMCE Re3.12 connected"

Have tried:
Restarting the computer, running Data Logger first
Slowing baud rate way down
Selecting and trying every Geiger counter choice on the list

All of the logging functions work great. Have tested these!!!
REALLY EXCITED BY THIS DATALOGGER PROGRAM.

PLEEEEEASE Help. I will spend as much time testing and helping in order to get this logger going!

Just let me know what I can do to help.

Thanks

Frank

OK I found the problem.

Reading posts below (I should have done that first. Duh) I see that I needed to change the baudrate to 57600.

Now everything works. Wheee !
