hi- it's registered, but i still dont seem to be able to access the calibration etc.

Right now it's sitting on the desk- a few ticks because this whole area has high background radiation.

The indicators keep climbing, rather than indicating a radiation level. Same number of audible ticks, and the CPM keeps rising.

The CPM is up over 300 now, and activity is about 1160.

Can we fix this?

You may try to adjust the sensitivity from the software.
