Hello,

i bought a gmc-320s, it shows that it is loading, the start screen and the switch-off screen are also shown, but in normal operation the display is blank. I made a short video that illustrates it:

https://youtu.be/84ywlh94Vy8

The connection via USB works, the software on the PC displays the data, the measurement also works, including a clicking noise, flashing LED, the warning for excessive radiation also comes, tested with a clock with radium color. I can send the test command to switch it off via the PC software, the device then switches off, all other commands seem to have no effect, and settings via the remote control software are also not accepted.

I've already tried to do a factory reset by removing the battery for a long time, it didn't work, are there other ways to reset the device to persuade it to cooperate, I don't want to send it back have to, because the rest seems to work.

greetings
