Hello. I am writting from Huelva, Spain. My english is what you can read, sorry for that. I have a little trouble here

Sorry but i don't have exactly the error/notification message in english so i think it is better that i write it like it is showed.

I research it in the system, a little. The Device Manager (Administrador de dispositivos, in the capture) not show Ports now when i connect the GMC-390v2.

But in "controladoras de bus serie universal" appears the error

"Dispositivo USB desconocido (Error de solucitud de descriptor de dispositivo)" PLOP!

The drivers was installed:

The EF radiation detected is 150-160 V/m the whole time with AC and 77-78 V/m with battery.

If somebody knows how to fix a thing like that, any help in this line will be welcome.

Thanks in advance.

There are som images of devide properties

It say "Device descriptor failure".

usually win11 already has the driver preinstalled.

can you go to Device Manager -> Add legacy hardware and try to install anything under ports to Ports section can appear on your device manager list.
