Please see screenshot, why doesn’t it register? I use the correct Email and serial but it won’t even communicate.

Hi CrocodileDandee, did you enter the serial number you got when you purchased the software? the Data Logger PRO software is not free. Also when registering, you might need to disable the firewall or go to safe mode.
