Hey,

I am wondering the exact location of the detector on the GMC-300EPlus. I figured it was the little hole next to the USB port, but I seem to get a better reading when the bottom of the device (under the label) is closest to the source.

Ideas/suggestions?

Hi it is located under the device in the back of the buttons. You can see a black/clear glass in the window.
