Just received my GMC 320 V5. After fighting through the issues of getting to to connect to Wifi - seems it inserts a hidden prefix space in the password - I now cannot get it to actually send data. I've added my user and counter ID to it, but all it says is "Wifi Data Send Failed". My user id has a leading 0, and I've entered it with and without it. Which is correct? I notice there's nothing in the server "website" and "url" fields. Is there supposed to be? If so, what? and if that's not it, what else to try to troubleshoot? The device has an IP, etc from my router. Looking at a packet capture, all it's trying to send to is 224.0.0.1 - a multicast address. Maybe because no real target is stored in it?

Thanks

The "website" and "url" fields MUST filled.

Website: www.gmcmap.com
url: logs2.asp

Those two fields should be saved after factoryreset.

For the WiFi setting, you can use Data Viewer Windows software to set, that is a much easier way to config the WiFi.
