I can't get the device to connect to WiFi. I tried writing it from the logging program, but nothing works.

Hi stt, sent you an email with firmware update. Does the popup appear on your computer or on the device?

You can try to reset the WiFi module with AT+RST

Hi,

I also have wifi problem with GMC-320+v5, from router logs I can see that for the device MAC address it keeps saying "associated" and "authenticated" and it keeps repeating those every 5sec. I tried moving closer in case it's signal level issue and also tried reseting factory settings but no change.
It is Rev 5.09 (F4xxxxxxxxxx92) could firmware upgrade help?
