Hello,

I just received my gmc-300 today great tool, but I installed GQGMCDataLoggerPRO 5.26 on Windows XP and whe nI click on it it doesnt open, I can see in task manager app is running but it is invisible. Viewer works fine but I wanted a little more functionality with PRO, does any one know how to resolve this issue on XP?

Regards,

S.

It seems your software can not start up. It stops on starting and in a loop.

I have changed the resolution to few different and it still doesnt show, Data Viewer works fine, but not the Pro, I would love to get pro but I'm afraid I will not be able to register.
It starts and shows in task manager as GQGMCounterPRO.exe and pegs one of the CPU cores at 50% Memory usage 4.220K
I'm using COM4 on my viewer.
