Hi,

As far as I know, in order to get firmware updates we are supposed to send an email to the technical support (support@gqelectronicsllc.com). However, we do not know when the new firmware updates are released. Are the firmware updates announced somehow? If not, why don’t you create a table somewhere in your website indicating the latest firmware version for each device? Then we could contact the technical support only when a new firmware for our specific device was released.

I suppose that there should be a good reason for not having the latest firmwares ready to download in the website.

Many thanks.

We will be posting if we have a critical update. If not then just email support. Thanks.
