I am having trouble getting consistent downloads from my GMC-320. Sometimes I will get the whole file and sometime it is missing the last day or so of log data.
For example, I downloaded at 12:19:47 today and the Viewer (rev 2.07) shows data from 1/10/2014 at 22:41:22 (which is probably when I last reset the log) until about 1/11/2014 at 23:44:20.
I then re-downloaded at 12:21:16 and the load file only goes to 1/11/2014 at 2:48:21.
I am using a Windows 7 laptop. I used Auto Detect to set up the port and the "Terminal" shows the connection as "COM7,115200,n,8,1".
I am logging data every second. I also note that when viewing the data on the laptop that sometimes the date and time at the top of the screen does not update.
Is this a bug in the Viewer?

Do a factory reset on the unit and log the data and download again.
The software should work. |
