The software only needs be registered under Windows system once. If you have registered with your laptop, then you do not need to register again and you can use your laptop anywhere.

Thankyou for the follow up, I have another question, is it possible to install to a Sandisk portable smart drive so I could connect it to a pc while I am travelling and use it from there. I like to travel lite but only own an android tablet. I can obviously take a laptop if needs be but it would be so much easier to carry it on the portable thing.
For example could you carry it on something like the sandisk cruzer-glide. I think if you use IP as a registration id this may not work but before I try registering anything again I wanted to ask.

You need to unregister the computer not in use.

The registration has been reset. You can try it again.

I keep emailing to support that I have zero machines with working software (Pro version) but it says over registration limit.
Will someone address this or do I really have to make a formal complaint to PayPal over 10 bucks?
My purchase is in my name, Damien Alleway.

Check your Windows anti-virus settings. Turn the anti-virus software off and try.

Something blocks software to access the registry. Normally it is the anti-virus software.

All settings stored into the Windows registry system.

Hi Ken,
I had the same problem. I was using my email and serial number under the battery, and I wasn't able to get it working. I contacted support and they told me to use my name and last name that was used when I purchased it, and the serial number under the battery.

I am running Windows 7 64
