Hello, I recently purchased the GMC-200 and looking forward to getting another one. I may be off topic, or perhaps the wrong site and apologize, but I use my device for NETC using the wapp4netc software. But then your pretty much locked in the system by it and its not bad, but I have this other software with more features that I got with it, but only to do local monitoring and thats the GQ Geiger counter data logger pro. Is there a support or forum for this software? I wish there was a way to use this software to upload our data to the NETC system instead of the smaller, wapp4netc one. Its so basic, don't get me wrong, I like using it, but just wondering if they perhaps be updates to would allow us to use to feed the networks out there. Thank you

Ok, so first I questioned why I didn't have the FTP function, so the version I had said PRO on it, now I was told to download the latest and that would fix that, so now it says STD, which means no FTP function. Now if anyone clicks on the download link for the PRO version, all they get is the STD version, so how the heck does anyone get the PRO version now? Mine said PRO, now it doesn't...

Ok, now the top title area is different, STD is showing. So perhaps I got mixed up, when I got this and did the registration, I thought that was for the pro version, could have sworn I got the PRO version, but now the software says STD on it since I just downloaded the 5.34 one..

I believe your version is STD. They use same download link.
Use latest version should clear this point.

Done that a few times. What is the difference between the standard and pro version looking at the interface? can we tell? Ex: mine up top says PRO? does the standard not say that on the top? perhaps I'm getting confused what I have? Thanks

you just need to restart the software after registration. It should work.

Hum, maybe its me and the software I have. I bought the network version, is that different from the Pro or something? Mine says Pro on the top title area and I just downloaded the latest version, now running 5.33, but the FTP feature is still greyed out? am I missing something here? a settings, etc? Thanks

Ok, hopefully Reg carries over. I always do keep my software up to date the best I can, I didn't realize there was an update.. thanks :)

Hum,I just bought the pro version, but mine is 5.31. DO I need to update it? I assume that this is available to download the latest and update it.. Thanks

Interesting, when I start the program, it says PRO up at the top in the title of the software?
ZLM Posted - 10/03/2013 : 11:26:48
The GMC-200 comes with STD version software. The FTP only on PRO software. You may need to get PRO software.
Frank Posted - 09/29/2013 : 17:18:33
I see there is a FTP feature in the software, but its greyed out. Is this a future feature or is there something else that enables this?
Frank Posted - 09/24/2013 : 15:28:58
As for the posting I made above, that info would come from the writer of the wapp4netc program then. Is this programmer out here or is there a support for that app?
Frank Posted - 09/23/2013 : 17:32:30
Hope someone can chime in and perhaps look into this. Would be really cool to use the logger software for the readings locally and provide more visual data for the user but at the same time uploading the data just as the wapp4netc does. The GQ logger software is a nice display/interface program... thanks

If anyne can provide upload protocol, then the GQData Logger PRO should be able to add that in.
