I have an LND-7317 tube and a GMC-320+.
www.lndinc.com/products/17/

What electrical changes are needed to connect this probe to the GMC-320+ ?

I'm putting the LND-7317 in an external box and connecting it with a short BNC cable.

GMC-320+ R11
GMC-320+V4 R15

Both are 3M ohm resistors. But it should work with LND-7317.

Recommended anode resistor for LND-7317 is 4.7Meg ohm. What is resistor in GMC-320+ ?

It should work without change anything.

Adjust the voltage if needed.
