Hi,

I've read threads about empty CSVs and the Limitation to very short recording cycles (1s or 1 min). However, my GMC-300 Rev 2.36 bin exports can be played in the data Viewer v2.07, but CSV are empty - data were recording in minutes.

I'm surprised, that this still happens - no bugfixing going on?

Also, playing the data without showing the date of recording seems not very helpful to me when playing hourly data of the last weeks and showing "0 - 60 times" on the horizontal graphics scale... Did I miss something?

If you have data in .bin file, then you should have data in CSV.

All data should have time stamped.

Please send your .bin file to support@gqelectronicsllc.com for checking.
