I just received my 320, and I like the motion detect to control the back lighting. But I first noticed that placing the unit on a table top would trigger a display mode change, say from Graphics to Text, which is most annoying. Further investigation revealed I could tap my finger on the side of the unit, and switch modes repeatedly.
I am guessing this is a defect.

Does anyone here have experience with this problem?

Thanks,
Kimo

ZLM, I think you must be very close to the developer.
If true, you have many years invested in the product line.
I have watched from the sidelines for quite a few of those years.
I also know some of the frustrations involved with a home grown product sold nationally.
It is easy to become jaded, certainly there are many willing to help you become that way.
I hope I am not one.

This is the feature.

Go to menu, set Motion Detection off.
