I am using the GMC-300 to communicate with the www.radioactiveathome.org/map/ . It uses the BOINC resources to interface to the net and update the data. If you want to see your GMC device on a world map then check it out. BOINC runs in the background and it really does not eat up a lot of machine cycles. Give it a try as the GMC-300 was recently supported here:

www.radioactiveathome.org/boinc/forum_thread.php?id=160

Use the latest application and you should be able to setup the unit to communicate with the BOINC system.
