Hi. I have installed the CH341SER driver, but the pc still does not see the EMF-390v2. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

Please try the following two steps first:
Replace the USB cable: Make sure you are using a cable that supports data transfer, not just a charging cable (many standard cables may only be for charging).
Check Device Manager: After connecting the device, check if "CH340" appears under "Ports" in "Device Manager," or if there is an unknown device with an exclamation mark.

usually, win10/11 does not need to install the driver.

Check device manager and find USB-Serial CH340 under Ports and check the port number.
