My NEW GMC-300/plus do not take charge. When connecting appears in the window: Charging......, and below 100%. tried for several hours but no charge received. During charging trial, plus some measurements, battery Level has dropped from 54 to 43%

thanks. it was in the on-position, but the right pin was little inclined,so probably no contact. I bent it carefully parallell to the others, and voila! : CHARGING

Please check if your unit charging jumper.
You need to open the case.
