Just received my 320 Plus. When I try downloading, the progress bar flickers and keeps going from 1% to 2% and then back to zero without ever completing.

Real time monitoring and time sync works OK, so the communication seems Ok, but why can't I download history?

The delete history on the unit seems confusing, I can toggle between yes and no, but pressing enter just appears to toggle the yes and no again?? How do you delete history data?

Reconnect the GMC-320 from you computer and start downloading again.

Also, make sure your comport number is correct. The software should display the message when connected:GMC-320 Re 3.XXX connected.
