Hello, I tried the latest version of the data logger with my new GMC-300 (29 April 2013) but cannot download
1. USB driver picked com 4, realtime mode works in com 4
2. When I try to down load t gets to 100% hen just stops, task manager says unresponsive
Ive tried on two Win7 machines, same result.
3. I tried running in compatibility mode (XP SP 3) same result
Need help!

something wrong with the data.
Do a factory reset from the unit menu and then download the data later.
The factory reset will erase all data and setting from user, including the histry data.
