Hey there,

Bought a GMC 500+ a few years ago and used it a handful of times. Pulled it out this week and when I tried to charge it, it started charging normally. Came back an hour later and no power. It's totally dead.

Got a new 18650 thinking it was the issue but the device is still fully dead and unresponsive. Really sucks!

Hi Steveo, can you try to remove the battery and plug in with USB without battery and see if it powers on?
