Hello, my name is Marco, and i am from Italy. I bought GQ GMC 320 PLUS gaiger counter nuclear radiation on may 2018 because i had to go in Cernobyl for few days.
i was there also in the beginning of january, i keep the counter active for the 2 days i was in Cernobyl and prypiat, next to me, day and night, and the total count was of 165000 CPM.
so my question is, how can i to traslate this valute from CPM to micro Roentgen?
i would like to know how was the real absorbed dose of radiation in this 2 days.

thakyou for your help.
bye
marco

I think 16500 is the total count.
Maybe 165000/60 = average of 2750 CPM in 48 hours.
So Then convert to uR/h => 2750 CPM * (65 uR/h / CPM) = 178750 uR/h in 48 hours
179750 uR/h * 48Hrs = 8580000 uR = 8.58 Roentgen.

This one I'm not sure if correct.
