Hello.
I try to access the url:
hxxp://www.gmcmap.com/historyData-plain.asp?Param_ID=<id>&TimeZone=<tz>
to get the json data of my Geiger Counter but is too slow.

It takes about 18-20 sec every time to fully load the page and get the json data

I think there may be a problem with gq servers.
Can you please assist?

Hi kotarak, do you mean the log2.asp is broken?
kotarak Posted - 02/10/2023 : 12:25:26
I wonder if there is an ETA when this would be fixed - the URL returns nothing - I use a little widget to report my counter and I get no return. Just an empty string. It was working slow a month ago and sometimes will not get a response but now seems to be permanently broken.

There usually is a server maintenance at least once a year.

I see. Over time the problem should be worst, add additional time will be added.
Is there a solution by modifying the data retention or adding more resources?

Hi John01, according to support, it seems the database has a tons of data and that causes the slow response.
