Hello. My apologies if this had been covered and I was unable to find the information.
I purchased a GQ GMC-300V4 and am using RadLog Pro to upload to RadMon.org

https://radmon.org/radmon.php?function=showuserpage&user=DrFeelGood

I was using GQ Geiger Counter Data Viewer to upload to GMCmap but after an initial day or so cannot get it to recognize the device and upload anymore, (hence the move to RadMon).

Does anyone know of a logger or method to connect the geiger counter to both sites simultaneously, preferably using RadLog?

Thanks in advance.

I use a single GQ counter to feed data to 2 sites. Each software app takes full control of the computer port and the port cannot normally be shared. I split the audio output of the counter with a stereo splitter then feed one port directly as audio for Radmon.org, and another port with an audio-to-USB-Comport via the TOOL081 sold by GQ Electronics, using separate software apps. Your GMC-300V4 has both data and audio outputs; the audio may work to feed the GMCMap; it will certainly work with Radmon's Radlog software.
