Well, I have looked at some of the links you folks provided and some are just misinformed articles with no evidence at all. The first bogus site is this https://www.electricsense.com/5029/fcc-safety-limits-for-electric-fields-magnetic-fields-rf-radiation/

Any non-government and non-scientific evidence-based information should be taken with extreme caution. I'm still looking for official scientific papers to backup the claims I read. Sure, too much EF for too long isn't something anyone would want to live in, but what are the safe limits amd the exposure time to trigger an alert is the fundamental question. I don't like those conspiracy theorists and prefer a scientific paper with data samples and empirical evidence.
My 2 cents

Here is the latest IARC monograph on Non-ionizing Radiation (2013): h**ps://publications.iarc.fr/126
Conclusion (419): There is limited evidence that RF radiation is carcinogenic. RF fields are classified as possibly carcinogenic.

Excellent British site with detailed information on EMF, especially power lines. h**p://www.emfs.info/sources/overhead/summaries/

Here's a link to over 149 pages of references to scientific studies!
There's loads of evidence for the harm this stuff causes.

I found a link that exactly says the safety limit exposure.
https://www.electricsense.com/5029/fcc-safety-limits-for-electric-fields-magnetic-fields-rf-radiation/

it says limit for general public is 27.5 for 30-300 MHz.

5.5 Evaluation
There is limited evidence in humans for the carcinogenicity of extremely lowfrequency
magnetic fields in relation to childhood leukaemia.
There is inadequate evidence in humans for the carcinogenicity of extremely lowfrequency
magnetic fields in relation to all other cancers.
There is inadequate evidence in humans for the carcinogenicity of static electric
or magnetic fields and extremely low-frequency electric fields.
There is inadequate evidence in experimental animals for the carcinogenicity of
extremely low-frequency magnetic fields.
No data relevant to the carcinogenicity of static electric or magnetic fields and
extremely low-frequency electric fields in experimental animals were available.
Overall evaluation
Extremely low-frequency magnetic fields are possibly carcinogenic to humans
(Group 2B).
Static electric and magnetic fields and extremely low-frequency electric fields are
not classifiable as to their carcinogenicity to humans (Group 3).
