Hi,
this morning I had a 100 cpm alert on my 320+ in my home.
I moved my detector inside my home.
And when I tilted the backward bottom of my detector towards the sun, I had CPM peaks at over 30,000.
is that normal?
currently outside and not directed towards the sun, the counter displays 650 CPM.
What do you think of that?

this is my ID :

You can put it in a black colored box/bag. Or cover it with a black tape? Also you can order a m4011 black tube from support.

HI Emfdev

...as Ullix has found out, the problem can appear out of the nowhere...

Do you have an idea what triggers the "sun-sensitivity" and what can be done against it? (except getting an SBM20..?)

Hi JL, the 320+ has a problem with light. Some of the 300/320 has this problem. So please dont put the tube directly under sunlight. Tube is located at the bottom.
