Got my GQ GMC-500+ and went to do the driver install and at first it said it failed, then tried again said successful, when you go to Device Manager, it says nothing under ports, "unidentified USB device", tried a couple times and still no go? I have the device plugged in to charge and am trying to install the driver remotely from work, should I not have the device plugged in? Am I doing something wrong, Win 10 Home 64bit? Thanks everyone..

Hi Neve, try to uninstall the driver and try again. Don't install it.
