I use a GMC-300E+ Re3.25 Ser# 7e017a013467 here. The device loses the previously recorded data after switching off. A download of the data shows only one empty table. In other words, the flash memory is empty and total counts start counting from 0. Is there a firmware update or is this a hardware problem? Greetings Gottfried

Problem clarified:

John from support helped me a lot. One must switch off the save function before a data transfer, then it runs, as it should.
