When I try to register software for my 320 plus V5 I enter my name or email and the serial number but nothing happens. I tried searching forum but nothing seems to be this issue.

Hi JonMcGugan, if you are referring to the GQ Data Logger PRO, this software is not free and need to be purchased online. If you have a GQ device, it costs 9.99. But there is a free software you can also download which is GQ GMC Data Viewer.
