I have acquired my meter from an amazon customer friend who cannot understand how to use it.
It seems to be a wonderful product but the emf reading are high. Even in the farmland i get reading pulsing between 0 and 8 mG constantly. The video I watched showed 1.3 mG on an urban street! I reset the baseline but the results are the same.
On this topic, there is a bias with positioning on the emf. These readings occur in the vertical orientation only.
I really want to master this device. I experienced palpitations walking around an apartment building the other day when the rf was at 5mW/m2. My personal preference for emf alert is 2mG but I re-set it to 9 to keep it from constantly beeping.
Thanks for the Great help.
John

edit:
In vertical mode the EMF readings are normal. So that is what I'll use.

I think you can send us the unit back for repair. Please contact customer support for details. Thanks.

Please re-read my posts :)

Ohh you mean even without anything around it, it still spikes?
kulcousy Posted - 11/18/2019 : 13:20:37
It's been doing the exact thing for 9 months... everywhere! The readings spike from 0 to 8 mG without exception.

Hi kulcousy, check the speaker from the EMF meter in front of the video. It might be coming from there. Also the EMF sensors are located on the left of the unit(horizontal).

My problems continue. Below is a link to a video which will show the situation.
EMF in the vertical and all in one mode spikes continuously in any environment, including remote farmland. I left my phone behind during the tests. Other meters are included to show that the spikes appear to be coming from the EM390 itself.
Please advise.

Hi kulcousy, the sensors are at located close to the of the unti when you hold it vertically, When you are holding it horizontally, make sure the top part(now left when holding with right hand) is same distance to the source.
