On system firmware version 1.02 of the GMC 600Pro, the alarm does not trigger when turning off beep/click. If this has been fixed in a firmware update, please tell us where to get the new firmware, so that everyone reading this thread can get the new firmware too. |

I wrote to support@gqelectronicsllc.com to get the update, but have not heard back from them in over a week. Does it usually take this long to get a reply, or has my message been slipped into the spam folder by accident? |

No, the alarm does not sound at all. The alarm does not trigger. Turning off beep/click turns off all sounds, including the alarm. Even when the alarm is turned on. Can you please try this on production hardware? I believe this to be a firmware error on every single GMC 600Pro. |

Alarm beep turns off once you press any key after the alarm is triggered. It will be ready to trigger again once the reading goes below the threshold. |
