The Geiger counter I bought from Amazon Belgium(received on 18,Dec,2025), a GQ GMC-800, shows a CPM to #956;sv/h ratio of 100 on its display, instead of around 154.

For example, In the Dose Rate Options of the screen,0.14 #956;sv/h = 14 CPM. However, after connecting the Geiger counter to my computer via USB, the downloaded CSV file did not have this incorrect conversion relationship:

Date Time Type uSv/h CPM

2025/12/9 11:04 Every Second 0.078 12
2025/12/9 11:05 Every Second 0.091 14
2025/12/9 11:06 Every Second 0.123 19
2025/12/9 11:07 Every Second 0.123 19
2025/12/9 11:08 Every Second 0.104 16
2025/12/9 11:09 Every Second 0.097 15
2025/12/9 11:10 Every Second 0.045 7
2025/12/18 4:30 Every Second 0.117 18
2025/12/18 4:31 Every Second 0.091 14
2025/12/18 4:32 Every Second 0.058 9

I then bought the same model from Amazon Belgium and found that it had the same problem.

So, my question is: 1.In the European version of the GMC-800, is the relationship between CPM and uSv/h on the Geiger counter instrument display incorrect? Should I actually be looking at the data exported from the computer?

2. Or is it that the European version of the GMC-800 is not calibrated and therefore unusable?
