Hi, my GMC-500+ arrived today and I saw it has a GMC-500 firmware, but on the box and sticker it was a GMC-500+. It even has two tubes. I cannot select the second one from the menu, and from the computer. Data viewer, says that tube 2 is selected. I need help with this... |

not sure what revision but I believe he received the latest revision on his device at the time. You can email me your device serial number so I can check if your device has updates. |

I believe he received a 500Plus version firmware since the device hardware is for 500Plus. |

Problem solved! I sent a mail with this problem to support@gqelectronicsllc.com, and they responded me with GMC Windows utility download link. After firmware update my GMC-500+ is GMC-500+ |
