Has anybody else experienced this with 500+? Lately when I turn it on, it goes crazy. I have to turn it off, remove the battery, put it back in, and then it works. Alternatively, I have to turn it off/on again several times until it starts to work properly.

Hi kdsnake69, are you able to open the case and check the contacting on the tubes? It can be because there is a bad contact on the terminals.

Hi, I opened the case and contact is firm and clean. Issue still persists.

Hmm can you try to push the tube a little bit just to move the contact? If there's still the problem then we may need to ask support for the warranty.

Also can you try to turn off tube 2 to check if it is tube 1 or 2 problem?

That did it! It's the larger tube. I moved both of them a bit, but nothing changed. Then I loosened a contact on the smaller tube, but problem still was there. So I tightened it and loosened contact on larger tube. Problem went away, but came back when I tightened the contact on the large tube again.

Ohh I see. Just try to loosen it or just remove the ziptie too see if the noise is permanently removed.

That time I loosened contacts to the point where it didn't touch tubes at all. That's how the problem went away.

If it is the big tube problem. I think you need to email support for the warranty of the device. Let them know that it has a tube problem.

Thank you for everything! I figured it out. I've disabled the Tube 2 through settings and now it works just fine.

Oh I thought the problem is with the large tube. That is weird.
