 Can the EMF-390 measure Dirty Electricity?

I wonder if it's possible to 'see' dirty electricity with the EMF-390.

As long as it has EF or EMF. It should be able to detect it.

"Dirty Electricity" is caused by fast switching power supplies.
IF you find cables under the floor or in the wall when using EMF/EF settings,check them with RF Browser,any spikes are "Dirty" electricity.

When locating Dirty Electricity, are the spikes in the RF Browser like 0,5 mm from each other or more like 1 cm?

Any spikes you see should not be there.By definition they are all Dirty.
Make sure the spikes are not coming from your phone or wifi,or coming
in a window,or through a wall,try and shield the device.
These devices were not really designed for that job,but the impressive extra browser software is good enough to show it.
"Clean" electricity can be seen on an oscilloscope as a smooth 50 hertz sine wave (60 hertz USA),no spikes,no distortion.

Yes,but...
There are only straight lines using low sensitivity.
Unfortunately,in most places,there is always enough background RF
to show at least 89 pw/cm2 as the lowest level on my 390.
Of course, that can be seen as the sensitivity limit of the device.
So seeing a straight line is unlikely on Auto setting,which magnifies
the input for easy reading.Remember that TV signals are often present,
even in out of the way places,so they will usually show up as the
background level.Whilst dirty spikes can be any level.
As I said,these devices are not designed to show dirty electricity,but
the clever software happens to allow it to be seen in some circumstances
