Currently my RF readings are above 5 throughout my home and I know they are supposed to be less than 1. Am I correct? Can someone elaborate or contribute some information regarding my reading in home?

I think you are misunderstanding the numbers here. 0.1 mG is low/normal and You have a 6.453 milliwatts per meter squared is still low. 6.453 milliwatts per meter squared converts to 0.6453 microwatts per Centimeter squared. Less than 1 microwatts per Centimeter squared is in the normal range.

Also note, you have to consider the reading from where you are not necessarily from when the meter is incontact with the source.
