Hi All.
I am hoping that someone can give me guidance as to what could cause this
As per my previous post my GQ was reading in the thousands. ZLM recommended I get GQ to send me a replacement tube. They agreed that he was correct and were happy to send me a replacement. Almost 2 months later (post to South Africa is ridiculous) it arrived and I replaced the tube.
However, the new readings are now an ACPM of between 1.9 and 3 at 100 minute counts. Where is the background radiation of 20-30?
Is there a setting on the GQ 320-Plus to set sensitivity, or have I received a dud Tube, or is the whole counter faulty?

If you replaced the tube yourself, please check if you have installed the tube correctly for the positive and negative polarities. Also, if possible, check the tube voltage with a multimeter on a 1000V range.
