I purchased the PRO version through the $9.99 promotion since I bought the GMC-320+. I have a receipt, but am I supposed to receive something else through email? I have installed the version of the software that comes on the CD with the GMC-320+ and it connects on COM3@38400 just as the Data Viewer software does. When I click on Help->Register, I enter my email and the 10-digit serial number on the back of the GMC-320+; however, the message box at the lower right of the Data Logger screen indicates "Network Error". Also, although the name of the program indicates PRO, the title banner at the top of the window indicates STD. What am I doing wrong?
