My GMC-200, purchased in July, was working fine 3 weeks ago. I tried to use it Monday and it didn't register any counts on a known sample. I plugged in the charger and charged it several hours, no change. I left it plugged in and no change. Charged it an entire day, no change.
When I turn the unit on it makes a brief chirp and flashes the LED, then goes quiet.
I checked the battery voltage: 10.15V. I even replaced it with a new battery, no change.
I need help to identify the problem or get a replacement, I need it for a collecting trip in 3 weeks.

Sent a support email several days ago, no reply. No one answers the 3 phone numbers (two on the home page, one of which is disconnected, and one on my receipt). |

| It seems you have found the problem now. If not, check the tube voltage to con firm the tube voltage. |
