I purchased and downloaded the Logger software but all it shows ia a flat line.Data Viewer seems to work fine but I want to use the auto-save feature. I downloaded it twice, the second time turning off the firewall and virus software. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Is there a manual for the software?

The Data Logger need to be registered. Once hte software been registered, you should not see Demo Only word.

Click on the Help menu item for detailed guide from the software.

You need to select correct Geiger Counter, Correct comport and baud rate to communicate with Geiger counter.

Thanks...software was purchased and shows as registered. I am on the correct port but there is no reference on correct settings. What is the baud rate I could be using? I see this in the readout box:

COM7 opened successfully.
Heartbeat started..
Realtime monitoring started.
connected on COM7@38400.
USB data input selected.

USB data input selected.

COM7 opened successfully.
Heartbeat started..
Realtime monitoring started.
connected on COM7@38400.

Update: I discovered by experimentation that the baud rate should be 57600 and as soon as I made that adjustment my counter connected and began graphing. ]

The GMC-200 uses 38400 baud rate.
The GMC-300, 300E uses 57600 baud rate.
The GMC-320 default baud rate is 115200, but it can be changed from the menu.
